Sedona Arizona Yoga Hiking Healing Retreat

The retreat will run from Monday, October 11 to Saturday, October 16, 2010,  The price of $895 ($795 fancy camp) includes 5 nights comfortable accommodations, 3 organic meals daily, yoga and other healing classes and workshop, guided hikes, all shuttles to and from airport, and to trailheads.  No worries if you do not have a room-mate, we will find you someone compatible. We will be located outside Sedona, Arizona at the beautiful Grace Grove       http://www.gracegrove.com/      $1,195 includes RT air from Seattle.

Roy Holman will teach and lead, along with the wonderful Chris Borys.  Roy has led more than 25 retreats, in the North Cascades as well as Costa Rica, Mexico, and Guatemala.  This will be our first trip to Sedona!  Roy is trained and 500 hour-certified in the viniyoga tradition, and teaches a breath-connected, body-friendly, heart centered, meditative flow yoga.  Chris has been teaching her heart centered style for over ten years. This retreat is suitable to nearly all yoga levels.

We will do two daily yoga classes (sunrise and sunset), a healing the heart workshop, discussion of the earth changes, a silent meditation walk, a few hikes, and other activities.  We usually have about 15 people attend. 

All classes and activities are optional.
